About the hotel

The residence is ideally situated facing the marina and the fortifications, close to the city centre and 400m away from the beach. It features very comfortable apartments. A few penthouse apartments are equipped with a roof-terrace and a jacuzzi.

The 5 small buildings blend perfectly into the landscape and surroundings. Enjoy the splendid lush Mediterranean garden.

Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made for arrival.
Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay.
Mid-stay cleaning.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Thursday and from 08:00 to 22:00 Friday to Saturday.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave/oven, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Paris (900 km) — Lyon (455 km) — Toulouse (545 km).

• From Paris (900 km): A6 motorway, then A7 ("Autoroute du Soleil"), then at Aix-en-Provence, take the A8 ("La Provençale") to Antibes, exit 44. Then take the D35 towards Antibes ("Route de Grasse", then Avenue Philippe Rochat). At the junction with the Boulevard du Gal Vautrin, follow the signs for "Vieil Antibes / Port Vauban”. Then go down Rue Sadi Carnot as far as the Avenue de Verdun roundabout. Turn right, then first right again onto Avenue Frédéric Mistral.
The reception is at the end of the road on the right.

• Arriving from Italy, take the exit for Antibes, then take the D35 “Route de Grasse”, and head towards “Vieil Antibes / Port Vauban".
